How your inquiry is handled

I reply to professional inquiries within three business days. Your details are used only to respond to you and are not shared.

Storage and access

Submissions are saved in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database, hosted through OpenAI Sites. The website’s inquiry inbox is restricted to my signed-in account. The database stores a submission reference, receipt time, and notification status alongside your inquiry.

Email notifications

When email notifications are enabled, the delivery service receives my notification email address and a reference link to the private inbox. The alert does not contain your name, email address, phone number, topic, or message. Service providers process information to operate the website, protect it, store inquiries, and deliver email. Their own privacy practices also apply.

Your choices

Please do not submit patient information or personal medical details. You may instead email dwallace@drdanawallace.com. You may also contact me there to request removal of an inquiry. Removing a website record does not necessarily remove copies already in email or provider backups.
